I'm happy for Nintendo and their huge success with the Wii, but at the same time I can't stand how these casual titles are dominating. I wish Galaxy, Metroid, Zelda: TP, and Smash were selling like that. Oh well.

The PS3 outselling the 360 does not indicate Sony will meet their original forecast. Hell they could have met their initial prediction later on this year and had been outsold regardless. It doesn't matter. (Assuming 360's #'s are correct)

EU is really helping out the PS3. Have to give those guys props for buying software too.

it still doesn't look as good as the 05 trailer and if they could get even closer to that target render, I would be extremely impressed with GG's talent on a technical level.
I've already read early impressions and seen the vids of the gameplay which was praised, so I'm not really concerned about that aspect of the game. 1up was one of the select few sites who found the game mediocre in gameplay.
Worldwide release is all I have to say. =D
we can expect "it plays like a movie" comments similar to some of the other 1st party exclusives. Hope its not short like those game though.
"Full In-Game XMB" is probably impossible because of the OS. It would be cool though if that is why Sony is taking so long.

I don't think the graphics have improved, but regardless this is GTA....graphics do not matter in this case.
So what is the 360 getting worthless side missions or "epic episode packs"?
So far casual games (Wii) and new IPs like Gears/Resistance are the titles really moving consoles.
Big name franchises like Mario Galaxy and Halo 3 are not doing as much for HW sales. For example, I couldn't believe that the MC charts showed that Smash sold over 800k, but only managed to move 100k Wiis. Nobody sees the trend?
Personally I'm going to wait and see what MGS (hype) and GTA IV (system seller) are going to do. If those games don't move HW I guess we'...
